- We are always open to meeting talented professionals and discussing career opportunities. While we may not always have an immediate opening, we encourage you to reach out anyway. We welcome both established professionals with an existing clientele and those who are just starting their careers.

Our internship program
- We offer a hands-on approach to our internship and training program, designed for individuals who are currently in school or have recently graduated. Our internship is customized to each person’s skill level and specific needs.
We begin with mannequin work to identify strengths and determine which areas may need additional practice, attention, and guidance. After that, we advertise for models to come in for services so our interns can gain real-life salon experience with Mary’s support, supervision, and feedback.
Once the intern feels confident—and the team agrees they are ready—they transition into the role of Jr. Stylist. During this phase, their service prices start lower as they continue to receive ongoing, but less hands-on, support from Mary and other team members when needed.
We have built a strong team-based environment, ensuring that our Jr. Stylists and interns always feel supported by any of our experienced professionals.
